June 18, 2010 - The Minneapolis City Council has approved the NRP Policy Board recommendation to approve and appropriate an increase in the amount of funds available to NRP Phase II Action Plans to 100%. This fulfills the commitment made by the NRP Policy Board in April of 2004 when it set the Phase II allocations for neighborhood plans.
